WHAT IS NLP

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a very effective therapy method where the client works with the emotions, feelings and unconsciousness to enhance self-development and move towards personal transformation.

NLP is a system that is known as the ‘manual for your mind’ and it gives us insights into how our thinking patterns can affect every aspect of our lives.

For me NLP is about awareness, empowerment, freedom and flexibility. It gives great knowledge of how your brain works, how to manage your emotions and how to communicate with yourself (self-talk) and others to be understood.

You really have to experienced NLP to fully understand and appreciate its power and simplicity.

HOW IS NLP DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR THERAPY

NLP doesn’t analyse the reasons of the problem, which often means going back to the traumatic experiences in the past. It concentrates on the presence and looks for solution how to change your unwanted reaction to the past/present problems.

In contrast to traditional psychotherapy NLP is rooted in the belief that labelling people limits their outcome. It should not take years of therapy and thousands of euros to figure out and resolve your concerns. NLP is a proven approach producing real results in real time.

NLP AND RELATIONSHIPS

Relationship issues can arise between partners, family members and work colleagues and the most common cause is often a breakdown in communication. NLP can help you become more aware of how to communicate, as well as increase awareness of what the other person is trying to communicate. You will find that you are able to understand other people more easily and appropriately to any situations that may arise.

NLP AND PERSONAL CHANGE

NLP can facilitate powerful, meaningful and long lasting personal change. If you are looking for a change of direction in life, NLP can help your goals and the steps involved to get there. It can give you clarity and a deeper understanding of how your mind works and the power and flexibility to change unwanted behaviour.
