Relationship coaching

Relationships are the most important part of our lives and they bring us a lot of meaning and happiness. Very often at the end of our lives we look back and it is the connections we have formed with others that we remember most and that we define ourselves with.

Good relationships can provide love, support, happiness, friendship, advice and guidance. However, they might also cause many problems and upset.

People look for relationship advice for a number of reasons, and even though the coaching is usually associated with intimate connections, there are many types of connections that may benefit from help:

- family relationships
- intimate relationship
- children – parents relationships
- friendships and
- work relationships.

All humans experience relationship problems at some point in their lives. It’s natural! Over time, if problems in relationships are neglected they can worsen. It can be difficult to know how to treat the problem or understand how it started.

Relationship problems should start with your work on you. When you understand your values and needs you start to get how to meet them in a more fulfilling way. You will gain knowledge and discoveries about yourself and the ones closest to you. This will lead you to a renewed perspective and experience with an empowered sense of self and confidence. Deeper understanding of relationship dynamics creates heart felt communication, connection and understanding.

Remember, it is enough for one partner to join couple coaching. The other partner might join later or might not, but the coaching will impact the relation and bring out the best in both partners.
